I am going to read the Children's Classic Pollyanna, and I'm extending an invitation for you to join me. Read it by yourself or make it a family event. This first classic should be an easy and uplifting book. I'm up for suggestions for November's classic.. let me know if you are in and what you are interested in reading.
Join me and take this opportunity to expand your literary knowledge but don't forget to post your thoughts and comments at the end of the month.

I will join you for October's book. I was going to re-read it this fall anyway!
:-)
I love Jane Eyre.....a little dark for the kiddos, so it won't be a family thing. I'm going to start reading more advanced books to the kids though. So far, we've just done your average 15-30 page kids picture books. I think we'll start with Charlotte's Web.....Nanny gave it to us at my baby shower for Megs.
your right... Jane Eyre is not for the kiddos. But Pollyanna sure is. : ) I think Charlotte's web will be a GREAT read. We read it as a family last year.
